If you have never been a member of LCMS, please choose a membership level below where you can complete your application online and pay your membership dues.

If you have been a member of the society in the past, we likely have most of your contact information already. Please contact the LCMS Executive Director at lcmedicalsociety@gmail.com for your log-in information. Once you have a username and password, you can easily pay your dues online.

Retired physicians who are past members of the society receive free membership. Please contact the LCMS Executive Director at lcmedicalsociety@gmail.com for your log-in information.
